Shubha Gangal
Vice President of Marketing
Shubha leads the training and marketing efforts at WIN, with a focus on helping our franchise owners in their growth objectives. She has an unwavering belief in collaboration and partnership. Moreover, her experience as a successful entrepreneur and advisor to small and mid-sized businesses gives her a unique perspective in understanding and mitigating the pain points of small businesses.
Gary Greenberg
Technology Support Manager
Gary oversees all computer technology aspects of the WIN training program as well as the technology support program. He has an Associates of Science degree in Computer Programming and attended the University of Arizona where he majored in Computer Science. He also holds certifications from Novell Networking and Microsoft Operating Systems and Networking.
Allie Grill
Franchise Partnerships and Operations
Allie’s background in business development lends itself to her role of supporting our franchise owners and helping them in their growth objectives. She holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University and has a passion for travel.
Erin Kelly

Erin assists in supporting and executing franchise partnerships. She received a B.A. in Sociology from East Carolina University. Her background in sociology gives her a unique perspective into helping our franchise owners grow their business. Originally from Wilmington, NC, she has a passion for ocean conservation efforts.
Patrick Knight
Training, Licensing and Inspection Support Manager
Before joining WIN's corporate team in 2002, Pat owned a very successful WIN Home Inspection franchise in Bellevue, WA. His primary role now is to oversee the technical aspects of the training program as well as the field support program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Washington State University and has more than 15 years of teaching and training experience.

Marketing Specialist
Trish is a member of WIN's marketing team, dedicated to supporting our franchise owners with marketing programs. She received a BA from Northwestern University and an MA from the University of Chicago.

Chief Executive Officer
Praful has dedicated his career to supporting and nurturing the growth of businesses. In his prior leadership roles in private equity investing, consulting and operations, Praful has a proven track record in guiding growth and significant operational and financial improvements. He has received degrees in business, software design and engineering from MIT, Northeastern University, and DIT.

Will is responsible for managing WIN’s operations and driving improvements to the growth of its franchise owners. Will’s background includes investing, operations and consulting as a private equity professional. Will received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
Mag Ryan

Prior to joining WIN Home Inspection's operations team, Mag worked in the home design industry, combining her knowledge of professional interior design with her love of service and commitment to excellence in customer support. Mag received a degree in Fine Arts from Harrington College of Design.
