You must carry general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000. This insurance protects against claims related to negligence, errors, misrepresentation, and more. Provide your policy number and coverage details with your application.
Pay the annual registration fee and submit a notarized application to the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board. The fee is $250 for applications received between January 1st and June 31st. For those received between July 1st and December 1st, the fee is $375, covering the remainder of the year and the following year.
