Award winner increased business by 181% in just one year
Most businesses can only dream about increasing their revenues by more than 180% in a single year, but that’s exactly what Strategic-Partner Doug Gray’s WIN Home Inspection franchise did.
Gray’s franchise, WIN Chattanooga, experienced a 181% increase in business last year. He was presented with the Most Improved Strategic-Partner of the Year award at WIN’s annual convention.
“Hard work and dedication to building your business does pay off,” says Jimmy Rocchetta, WIN’s Marketing Director. “This is a fantastic time to be part of the home inspection business. Home sales are soaring, and across the country home buyers paid for more than 4 million inspections last year. There aren’t enough home inspectors to meet the demand, and that’s creating opportunities for WIN Strategic-Partners to earn market share.”
Gray has been part of the WIN system for more than six years. He won the award for WIN Home Inspection franchises that operate with one vehicle.
In the category of WIN business owners who operate with more than one vehicle, Chris Rettkowski was named Most Improved Strategic-Partner of the Year. Rettkowski is a multiple-territory owner who operates WIN Auburn and WIN Tacoma Washington. Last year, his business increased by 63%.
Mike Stein, who operates WIN Birmingham, Pennsylvania, won the award for Best First Year New Strategic-Partner. By the middle of the year, he was performing inspections at a rate of more than 400 per year.
WIN Home Inspection is one of the fastest-growing home inspection franchises in the country, and it is ranked as a top franchise opportunity by Entrepreneur magazine, Franchise Business Review and by G.I. Jobs. WIN stands apart from competitors by offering a consistent, professional home inspection service that home buyers appreciate and real estate agents respect.
